Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily operations for both Cash-in-Transit and Manned Guarding divisions.
- Ensure all team members adhere strictly to company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee total client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits to maintain service quality.
- Manage deployment schedules, attendance, and duty rosters for all on-site personnel.
- Handle incident reporting and provide immediate responses to security breaches or operational challenges.
- Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, and operational alertness within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in security operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address on-site operational issues.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by site operations.
- A disciplined mindset with a high level of integrity and accountability.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting purposes.
