- Manage inventory of automotive parts and components, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts and components
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with service center teams to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance
- Implement and maintain inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory records with physical stock
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Previous experience in inventory management or parts handling is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
