Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of products and processes
- Analyze quality data and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare quality reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
