Join 7-Eleven as a Store Planning & Design Draughtsperson and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail spaces in Malaysia. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to design efficient, customer-centric outlet layouts that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for translating complex spatial requirements into precise architectural drawings that meet our operational and brand standards. This 1-year contract offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic retail environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure every new store opening is a success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed store layout plans and floor designs using AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools.
- Optimize shelf placement and product flow to maximize sales potential and customer convenience.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess space availability and structural constraints.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on operational feedback and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and 7-Eleven specific standards.
- Collaborate with the construction team and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Assist in the design of store fixtures and interior fit-outs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail store planning or draughting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and space optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valid interest in retail and customer service excellence.
