  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive offline growth in Jakarta and surrounding areas
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and develop new distribution channels and partnerships
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
