Isteel Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed OHNAP-accredited Nurse to join our team in Merville, Metro Manila. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of our workforce. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive health programs, managing emergency responses, and ensuring our workplace meets the highest safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs aligned with company policies and OHNAP standards.
- Provide prompt medical attention, first aid, and emergency nursing care to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health examinations, wellness screenings, and medical record management.
- Coordinate with management to identify workplace hazards and recommend ergonomic or safety improvements.
- Maintain an organized clinic environment and ensure adequate supply of medical equipment and medication.
- Conduct health and wellness seminars to promote a culture of safety and disease prevention.
- Assist in the preparation of medical reports and compliance documentation for regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Active certification in Occupational Health Nursing (OHNAP) is strictly required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency nursing, or industrial clinics.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE-OSHC safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic medical records.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with medical data.
