Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for oil, fats, oleochemical, and biodiesel products
- Manage key client accounts and build long-term partnerships with industrial buyers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D team to position innovative enzyme and biotechnology solutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing and logistics teams
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management
- Mentor junior sales staff on technical product knowledge and negotiation skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in oil/fats, oleochemicals, or biodiesel sectors
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in industrial markets
- Strong network of contacts in Indonesia's chemical manufacturing industry
- Expertise in enzyme applications for industrial processing
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent presentation skills
- Experience managing sales teams and developing sales strategies
