Tanggung Jawab
- Learn and understand all aspects of palm oil mill operations, including processing, extraction, and refining
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Participate in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mill equipment and machinery
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Learn and implement safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Assist in managing mill operations under supervision of experienced managers
- Develop skills in team leadership and operational management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in mill operations
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Agricultural Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience with palm oil mill operations will be an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate and work in Sibu, Sarawak
