Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine lubrication of machinery and auxiliary equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist marine engineers with the maintenance, repair, and inspection of propulsion systems and deck machinery.
- Monitor and record oil levels, temperatures, and pressure gauges on various vessel systems.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the engine room and machinery spaces.
- Conduct safety drills and strictly adhere to all maritime safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate and maintain pumps, valves, and other mechanical systems as directed by the Chief Engineer.
- Prepare necessary daily logs and reports related to machinery performance and maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate in Marine Engineering or Oiler rating is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as an Oiler or Marine Rated Engineer on offshore vessels.
- Valid Seaman's Book and a valid Medical Certificate (Class 1 or 2).
- Physically fit and capable of working in a challenging offshore environment for extended periods.
- Good understanding of basic machinery, lubrication systems, and safety protocols (ISM Code).
- Willing to travel and work on a rotational schedule (e.g., 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse, international team.
