As an Omni-Channel Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our clients' brand interactions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels including voice, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while adhering to client guidelines and quality standards.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and order status to enhance the customer journey.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that align with customer needs.
  • Strive for first-contact resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, brand standards, and industry trends to deliver informed support.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role, preferably in an omni-channel environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and the ability to multitask across several applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Willing to work on-site in Davao City and shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Tech-savvy with experience handling social media platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • A passion for helping people and a positive, can-do attitude.
