  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding TotalCare Walk-In Clinic's services, operating hours, insurance processes, and general healthcare guidance.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using our internal booking systems.
  • Document all patient interactions meticulously and accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow-up as needed.
  • Resolve patient complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate clinical or supervisory staff when necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical staff and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care and support.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
