- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding TotalCare Walk-In Clinic's services, operating hours, insurance processes, and general healthcare guidance.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using our internal booking systems.
- Document all patient interactions meticulously and accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow-up as needed.
- Resolve patient complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate clinical or supervisory staff when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical staff and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care and support.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a customer service, call center, or patient care role, preferably in a remote environment or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, work-from-home setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing patient needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, patient management systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
