Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure proper room setup standards
- Respond promptly to on-call requests for room service or additional cleaning
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management for timely resolution
- Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and customer service focus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
