Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and suggest pairings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Perform opening and closing side work to ensure the dining area is guest-ready at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with tact and resolution-oriented thinking.
- Maintain a deep understanding of food safety regulations and workplace health standards.
- Collaborate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless table management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter or Server in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Flexibility to work on-call, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Polished appearance and a professional attitude toward guest interaction.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management software is an advantage.
- Certification in Hospitality or Food Service is highly desirable.
