Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and suggest pairings.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Perform opening and closing side work to ensure the dining area is guest-ready at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with tact and resolution-oriented thinking.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of food safety regulations and workplace health standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless table management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Waiter or Server in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Flexibility to work on-call, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Polished appearance and a professional attitude toward guest interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management software is an advantage.
  • Certification in Hospitality or Food Service is highly desirable.
