In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our portfolio, expanding our footprint in the region's vibrant nightlife, upscale dining, and hotel sectors. We are seeking a dedicated individual who thrives on building strong business relationships and achieving aggressive sales targets.
As the On Premise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our wines and spirits are available and celebrated in the best venues in Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, and Cordillera. If you have a knack for negotiation and a deep understanding of the HORECA market, we want to hear from you. Join us in delivering excellence to the tables and bars of North Luzon.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and grow the HORECA market in North Luzon (Regions 1, 2, and 3).
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key accounts, including hotels, fine dining restaurants, bars, and clubs.
- Promote and sell the full range of Premier Wine & Spirits products to drive volume, distribution, and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize on-premise tasting events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client visits, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely delivery and display standards of products at all partner venues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage industry or hospitality sector.
- Strong existing network or connections within the North Luzon HORECA industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
