As the On-Premise Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Malaysian market, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the on-premise channel in Malaysia
- Manage and grow key accounts within the hospitality sector including hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Train and educate on-premise staff about Treasury Wine Estates' premium portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in on-premise sales within the beverage or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian on-premise market and consumer preferences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM systems
