Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and maintain solar PV systems on-site

- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients during execution
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables against milestones
- Provide client training on system operation and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in solar energy projects or technical installation roles
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and components
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel to project sites
- Certification in solar installation or related field preferred
