We are seeking a highly reliable and technically proficient On-Site Operator to join the dynamic team at Corvus Techub Sdn Bhd. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and support of essential equipment and systems at various customer and project sites. You will serve as the first line of defense in maintaining operational continuity, ensuring that all machinery functions efficiently while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
As an On-Site Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will directly impact project success. You will be expected to collaborate closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to identify potential issues, perform routine checks, and ensure that all operational procedures are followed to the letter. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and technical systems to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks on equipment to prevent unexpected downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues and malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Document operational data, maintenance logs, and daily activity reports accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area to maintain a safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an On-Site Operator or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and operational diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal English (Bahasa Melayu is an advantage).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites within Melaka.
