Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and validate on-site documentation, including site photos, serial numbers, equipment logs, and installation reports.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical reports, and progress updates.
- Develop and implement improvements for documentation workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with field engineers, project managers, and various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Support project billing and tracking activities by maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.
- Conduct regular audits of project files and databases to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project close-out documentation and final reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in project documentation, escalating issues as necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics Engineering (ECE), or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in project engineering, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, network deployment, and site validation processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail are paramount.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with documentation management software.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in an on-site project environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites within Dalaguete, Cebu, as required.
