- Conduct thorough anchor testing at various construction sites to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document and report test results accurately and promptly, maintaining detailed records of all testing activities
- Ensure all testing procedures comply with local regulations, safety standards, and client specifications
- Collaborate with construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment regularly to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Provide recommendations for improving testing procedures and quality control measures
- Communicate findings effectively to clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies, industry standards, and technological advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Previous experience in construction quality testing, inspection, or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of anchor testing standards, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings
- Physical ability to work in various construction site conditions, including outdoor environments
- Certification in quality testing or construction inspection is a plus
