Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various systems and equipment.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, technical documentation, and customer handover notes post-service.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system uptime.
- Manage and prioritize service requests efficiently to meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate effectively with internal engineering and sales teams to resolve complex problems and share technical knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all on-site service activities, equipment status, and inventory.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and operational procedures during all on-site assignments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Support Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or similar on-site technical role.
- Demonstrated strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across various systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and report writing.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in generating detailed technical reports and maintaining accurate service documentation.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license and willingness to travel within Singapore for assignments is advantageous.
