Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff
- Create engaging training materials and documentation for F&B operations
- Train employees on beverage preparation techniques, customer service standards, and food safety protocols
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with store management to identify training needs and improvement opportunities
- Maintain records of training activities and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Education, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage training or similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, food safety standards, and customer service principles
- Ability to develop effective training materials and assessment methods
- Patience and adaptability when working with different learning styles
- Experience with Mixue products or similar F&B brands is highly desirable
