Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional front-line service to guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the end-to-end guest check-in and check-out processes using our digital hotel systems.
- Assist in maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards for guest pods and communal areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure room readiness and optimal operational flow.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to improve service delivery standards.
- Maintain accurate records and logs regarding guest stay details and maintenance needs.
Kualifikasi
- Students or fresh graduates from Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a high sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and energetic team.
