Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, preferably in HR operations or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of designing and executing employee onboarding programs
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Experience working in healthcare, BPO, or customer service environments preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding software platforms
