- Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding team through coaching, performance management, and skill development initiatives
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding processes for diverse healthcare roles
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and IT to create seamless new-hire experiences
- Analyze onboarding metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and healthcare industry standards
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, training materials, and digital resources
- Manage onboarding budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, preferably in HR operations or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of designing and executing employee onboarding programs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Experience working in healthcare, BPO, or customer service environments preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding software platforms
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
