Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve product-related issues, technical questions, and order concerns in a timely manner.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, high patience, and a genuine willingness to learn.
