- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using company systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve products and processes.
- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles to empower self-service.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computers and common software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
