- Conduct engaging and interactive 1-on-1 or group English lessons via our virtual classroom platform.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, personalized feedback to support their learning journey.
- Utilize provided lesson materials effectively while incorporating creative teaching techniques to keep students motivated.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive, encouraging atmosphere during every session.
- Document student attendance, lesson performance, and progress notes accurately in our tracking system.
- Communicate professionally with students and internal team members regarding scheduling and curriculum updates.
- Continuously improve your pedagogical approach through ongoing training and quality assurance feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field (Undergraduates with teaching experience are welcome to apply).
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Skype, or internal platforms).
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in ESL teaching or online tutoring is highly preferred but not required.
- Possess a stable high-speed internet connection and a noise-canceling headset.
- Must have a quiet, well-lit, and professional space for conducting online sessions.
- Patient, outgoing, and deeply committed to student development.
