Your primary role is to protect the integrity of the game by following established protocols, ensuring fair play, and creating an entertaining environment for a global audience. You will demonstrate expert-level card handling, precise chip management, and engage with players in real-time through our live stream.

Your Role:

Tanggung Jawab
- Protect the integrity of the game by strictly following standard operating protocols for online play.
- Demonstrate proper, professional card handling, shuffling, placement, and chip management techniques.
- Engage with a global audience of players in a warm, energetic, and professional manner during live streams.
- Accurately and efficiently process player bets, calculate payouts, and maintain precise control of the gaming table.
- Monitor game play for suspicious activities, collusion, or procedural breaches and report immediately to management.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless audio/visual quality and game stability.
- Participate in regular training sessions and evaluations to maintain high performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of experience as a Casino Dealer, Game Host, or in a customer-facing service role (hospitality/retail).
- Excellent manual dexterity and flawless card handling abilities.
- Strong mathematical aptitude for quick and accurate calculation of odds and payouts.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident on camera.
- Able to work on-site in Paranaque City.
