Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure terminology consistency and high levels of accuracy across all communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict professional ethics regarding sensitive information.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional translation, interpretation, or customer service roles.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to retain information accurately.
