Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality interpretation services between English and Chinese (Mandarin) for various sectors.
- Accurately translate documents, emails, and procedural content while maintaining the intended tone and context.
- Facilitate real-time communication during virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
- Ensure terminology consistency and high levels of accuracy across all communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict professional ethics regarding sensitive information.
- Support cross-functional teams by clarifying cultural nuances to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine interpreting techniques and industry-specific vocabulary.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional translation, interpretation, or customer service roles.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to retain information accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Tertiary qualification in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is an advantage.
