- Coordinate with vendors and sellers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
- Implement promotional campaigns and discount strategies to boost sales
- Resolve marketplace disputes and enforce platform policies fairly

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in e-commerce or online marketplace administration
- Strong understanding of digital sales platforms and marketplace dynamics

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Indonesian
