As the second official Honda dealer in Purwokerto, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and quality automotive solutions. We are seeking a motivated Online Sales Executive to expand our digital presence and drive sales through online channels.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, connecting with customers through various online platforms and providing them with comprehensive information about Honda's impressive vehicle lineup. You'll play a crucial part in our mission to make Honda vehicles accessible to more customers in the Sokaraja area and beyond.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize online sales channels including website, social media platforms, and e-commerce platforms
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting online leads into actual purchases
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent customer experience
- Stay updated on Honda products, promotions, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM systems
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics team for smooth delivery
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in online sales, digital marketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and online sales platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Honda vehicles and automotive industry is preferred
- Target-driven with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or business is advantageous
