Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales growth
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through various digital channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO
- Engage with potential customers online, addressing inquiries and building relationships
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital content and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships online
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and e-commerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
