Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, marketplace operations, content creators, and online customer service
- Develop and implement comprehensive online sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets across all digital platforms
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize product listings and promotional campaigns to maximize conversion rates
- Establish and maintain relationships with key marketplace partners
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for senior management
- Collaborate with product development teams to align online offerings with customer needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online sales and e-commerce management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with major Indonesian marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
