Tanggung Jawab
- Promptly respond to and manage customer inquiries received through the website, social media channels, email, chat, and phone.
- Convert qualified online leads into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
- Manage, monitor, and update product listings and inventory across various online sales platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align online sales strategies with ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly online sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, digital customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, e-commerce systems, and online chat tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and basic CRM software.
