- Manage and maintain online sales platforms to ensure maximum visibility and customer engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate product information.
- Promote building materials and construction supplies to new and existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities.
- Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and ensure timely invoicing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic sales improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or wholesale industry.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Email).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
