- Ensure smooth project execution by monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure systems
- Provide responsive technical support to end-users across multiple departments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize operational downtime
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system documentation

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or field engineering
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux system administration
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
