Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding hotel reservations
- Assist guests with booking new reservations, modifying existing bookings, and processing cancellations
- Provide accurate details on hotel room types, rates, amenities, and promotions
- Upsell additional services such as room upgrades, packages, or special offers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using reservation systems
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns by identifying issues and providing solutions
- Coordinate with hotel staff to fulfill special requests or arrangements
- Meet key performance indicators including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with reservation or CRM systems is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Santa Rosa, Laguna
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in any field is an advantage
