Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding hotel reservations
  • Assist guests with booking new reservations, modifying existing bookings, and processing cancellations
  • Provide accurate details on hotel room types, rates, amenities, and promotions
  • Upsell additional services such as room upgrades, packages, or special offers
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using reservation systems
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns by identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Coordinate with hotel staff to fulfill special requests or arrangements
  • Meet key performance indicators including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with reservation or CRM systems is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Santa Rosa, Laguna
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in any field is an advantage
