Are you a hands-on technical professional with a passion for office hardware and display technologies? Trust Recruit is seeking a dedicated Onsite Support Engineer to join our expanding team in the West Region. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing a high-end fleet of multi-function printers, copiers, and large-format display solutions for our corporate clients.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering seamless technical support and ensuring minimal downtime for our customers. This is a permanent position offering a stable 5-day work week and an attractive variable bonus (VB) structure. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair of copiers, multi-function printers, and large-format display solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues at client sites promptly.
- Conduct equipment installation, configuration, and user training for corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for all onsite interventions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure service vehicles/toolkits are well-stocked.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to escalate complex hardware failures.
- Provide exceptional onsite customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in servicing copiers or enterprise-grade printers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on mechanical and electronic components.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and utilize diagnostic tools effectively.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple service locations.
