Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor onsite technical teams during tool troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer interactions, addressing technical concerns and ensuring service level agreements
- Coordinate team schedules and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and operational targets
- Oversee execution of maintenance protocols and installation procedures according to industry standards
- Document technical activities, customer communications, and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated technical issues and optimize service delivery
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures during all onsite operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or similar technical environment
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to manage technicians
- Strong technical knowledge of tool troubleshooting methodologies and preventive maintenance processes
- Excellent customer communication skills with ability to manage client expectations and relationships
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting systems
- Certifications in relevant equipment maintenance or project management preferred
