Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in pre-opening setup, including store layout, equipment calibration, and team training.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak dining hours.
- Handle POS transactions, order processing, and cash management with precision.
- Prepare ingredients and assemble rice bowls according to standardized brand recipes.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within a new team.
- Clean, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Experience with high-volume food preparation or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
