PERSOL is currently seeking a highly skilled OpenShift Platform Engineer for a strategic contract engagement. In this role, you will be the backbone of our cloud-native infrastructure, responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining robust OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage highly available Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD workflows and automate application deployment processes.
- Perform regular cluster upgrades, patching, and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, including networking, storage, and security-related incidents within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Develop automation scripts (Ansible, Python, Bash) to reduce manual overhead and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, standards, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and enterprise hardening standards across all containerized workloads.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and administration of OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Strong background in Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS) and shell scripting.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker/Podman) and container orchestration principles.
- Proven ability to manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or OpenShift Pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, load balancing, and ingress controllers within a cluster environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration) are highly desirable.
