NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled OpenText Documentum Consultant to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the Documentum platform and a proven track record of delivering scalable content services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate document-centric business processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize information architecture. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop custom Documentum applications and content management workflows.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and upgrades for Documentum environments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex content management issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical designs.
- Manage system performance, security, and integrity of the document repository.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and data governance policies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system architecture and user guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText Documentum architecture and development.
- Proficiency in Documentum DFC (Documentum Foundation Classes) and WDK (Web Development Kit).
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE and RESTful web services.
- Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of content migration strategies and enterprise-level content lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Relevant OpenText certifications are a significant advantage.
