Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client requirements and design effective OpenText ECM solutions
- Implement, customize, and configure OpenText ECM modules including Content Server, Process Engine, and Records Manager
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OpenText ECM systems
- Stay updated with the latest OpenText ECM features and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with OpenText ECM solutions
- Strong knowledge of OpenText Content Server, Process Engine, and Records Manager
- Experience with ECM implementation methodologies and project management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Certification in OpenText ECM technologies is highly desirable
