Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Shariah-compliant gold pawn services with precise valuation of precious metals
- Conduct thorough appraisal of gold and jewelry using industry-standard techniques
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for pawn products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Ensure strict compliance with Shariah banking principles and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with finance or Shariah banking certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in gold/pawn industry or customer service
- Deep knowledge of precious metal valuation and Shariah compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
