Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary sterile instruments and supplies are ready before surgery.
- Assist surgical teams by passing instruments and equipment during procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Monitor and replenish surgical supplies and instrument trays.
- Assist in the transfer and positioning of patients prior to surgical intervention.
- Support the cleanup process post-surgery, including the proper handling and decontamination of used instruments.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation as required by clinic standards.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any medical-related course (Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Technology, or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; willingness to undergo intensive training is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of basic sterilization techniques is an advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Makati City.
