Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in operations management and business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
