Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and systematic physical stock counts and inventory audits at retail stores and warehouse locations.
- Process, verify, and reconcile Credit Note (CN) and Payment Voucher (PV) requests in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes of stock variances, and report findings to operations management.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear documentation, highlighting compliance risks and operational inefficiencies.
- Monitor retail store operations to ensure strict adherence to internal control policies and inventory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with store managers and logistics teams to implement effective loss prevention and stock shrink control measures.
- Assist in the continuous review and improvement of standard auditing procedures to enhance overall retail efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional working experience in retail operations, inventory control, operational auditing, or stock management.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data sorting) and experience with retail ERP or inventory systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present audit findings and collaborate across departments.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to designated retail outlets within the Melaka region as required for audit assignments.
