Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of technical operations professionals, providing guidance and support for daily operations
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices to ensure system reliability and performance
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolution in a timely manner
- Manage team resources effectively, including scheduling, workload distribution, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, system status, and operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical operations or similar role
- Proven experience leading and managing teams of technical professionals
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and motivate teams
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft) are highly desirable
