Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the filling and packing processes to ensure products are prepared for shipment
- Manage daily inventory tasks, including stock tracking and reconciliation
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment in the operational area
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of shipping and receiving records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the operational area
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or operations is a plus
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
