Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive trade documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders to coordinate vessel bookings and shipment schedules.
- Monitor the movement of commodities from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to the trading desk.
- Handle trade finance instruments, specifically the preparation and negotiation of Letters of Credit (L/C).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal ERP systems to reflect current stock levels and movements.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment of freight charges and supplier invoices.
- Ensure all shipping activities comply with international trade regulations and standard Incoterms.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related Business discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or operations role, preferably within the commodities or shipping industry.
- Solid understanding of international shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and Shipping Instructions.
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and experience with Letter of Credit (L/C) applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
