In this role, you will play a critical part in the backbone of our business, ensuring that our procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics partners to manage daily operational tasks, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily procurement activities, including the processing of purchase orders and vendor communication.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Verify invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents for accuracy against purchase records.
  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
  • Maintain and update procurement databases and vendor records with high attention to detail.
  • Track incoming shipments and troubleshoot logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.
  • Assist in cross-functional projects related to logistics and operational process optimization.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
  • Knowledge of ERP software or inventory management systems is highly desirable.
